How It's Made
CONSTRUCTION DETAILS
Materials & Finish
Constructed with rugged, anodized aluminum frame with equal panel spacing. Reinforcing fins along with heavy-duty track and brackets help provide years of smooth, trouble-free operation (The fins are the extruded part of the door section that are not visible through the glass). Tongue-and-groove joints provide a great weather barrier.
Insulation
1/2″ insulated glass delivers a range of R-Values from 2.74-4.06. Insulated rails and stiles are available as an option. Foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation fills the rails and stiles providing enhanced thermal efficiency that adds R-value* of up to 4.06 on the door.
Warranty
Wayne Dalton offers a Five-Year Warranty on the aluminum and a One-Year Limited Warranty on the glass for this garage door. Please reference the warranty document for details.
Additional
All Wayne Dalton garage doors feature a vinyl bottom weather seal to help keep drafts and debris from entering the garage.
