Materials & Construction
The 300 Series Raised Panel Wood Garage Doors are constructed of 1 3/8″ thick solid wood rails and stiles and are available in a variety of carved designs for the raised panels. Built using two layer construction: insulation/wood. These garage doors have mortise and tenon joints, that are waterproof glued and steel pinned, to provide lasting strength.
Finish
Garage doors provided in unfinished, paint-grade or stain-grade wood: hemlock or cedar.
Insulation
Polystyrene, R = 7.4.
Warranty
The manufacturer warrants wood doors will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ONE YEAR from time of delivery. A copy of this limited warranty is available from your Dealer.
Bottom Weather Seal
All Wayne Dalton garage doors feature a vinyl bottom weather seal to help keep drafts and debris from entering the garage.
Additional
Ends are thru-drilled for carriage bolts. Shiplap-style connections between sections create a weathertight fit, and assist smooth operation along with rust-resistant, hot-dipped galvanized steel tracks and hardware.
