Our Doorvana wood garage doors tick both boxes: the custom cedar garage door took a handful of emails and text messages to design, a few weeks to assemble, and three hours to install. During installation, the neighbors stopped by and complimented our client on how the color worked well with the entry stone and how much it made the house stand out.
CONSTRUCTION DETAILS
6 layer construction. Rail and stile Douglas Fir frame, with BOLT THROUGH fabrication. 14 gauge heavy duty hinges, 2” or 3” struts 20 gauge support straps for added strength. This application allows for unlimited design options and a door that is built to last a lifetime.
Western red select tight knot cedar, Clear all heart cedar, Douglas Fir, Redwood, Mahogany, Spanish Cedar, Cypress, Okume, Ipe, Others.
Polyurethane insulation panels built into the frame with a Mahogany luan backing allows for an R-Value of 20+. *Optional
