CONSTRUCTION DETAILS
Materials
6 layer construction. Rail and stile Douglas Fir frame, with BOLT THROUGH fabrication. 14 gauge heavy duty hinges, 2” or 3” struts 20 gauge support straps for added strength. This application allows for unlimited design options and a door that is built to last a lifetime.
Wood Species
Western red select tight knot cedar, Clear all heart cedar, Douglas Fir, Redwood, Mahogany, Spanish Cedar, Cypress, Okume, Ipe, Others.
Insulation*
Polyurethane insulation panels built into the frame with a Mahogany luan backing allows for an R-Value of 20+. *Optional

Full 5 year warranty on all parts and material.
Additional
Available in Eyebrow, Arched, Elliptical, or Flat top. Bottom seal and perimeter seal are included with all doors.
