The LiftMaster 8500 opener comes with a lifetime motor warranty, 5-year parts warranty, 1-year battery backup warranty (sold separately).

Power

Heavy duty motor and power system are able to operate doors up to 650 lbs. Compatible with garage doors up to 14′ high by 18′ wide and max of 180 square feet.

Safety and Security

Electronically protects against forced openings of the garage door. Confidently know that every click sends a secure code to the garage door opener. Protect people and vehicles with safety sensors that stop the door from closing on obstructions.

DC powered battery backup is available as an accessory.
